Self-love Retreat
with Lila Lolling
February 13 - 16, 2025
Modern life continuously pulls our awareness outside ourselves, encouraging us to seek happiness, love, and peace from the outside. As yoga teaches, these qualities exist within you, as you. This self-reflective retreat invites you to explore the areas of your life that lack self-love, while pointing you in the direction of heart-centered living. Self-love is more than theory, but a living, breathing embodied practice. When you practice self-love daily, you expand your consciousness, develop an optimistic mindset, and are able to better adapt to life’s challenges.
If you have a difficult time loving yourself, establishing healthy boundaries, or believing you are worthy of living your best life – then this retreat is for you.
Through journal prompts, self-reflection circles, and yoga philosophy you will gain a deeper connection with the unconditional love and joy that is your authentic self. You’ll return home with a unique self-love routine that will serve you for years to come. If you are unable to arrive on Thursday, please join us Friday by 7pm. Retreat closes at noon on Sunday. Please bring a journal for this retreat.
