Description
Today’s world is inundated with technology. Whether it’s our devices, large screen televisions, smart watches, or smart appliances, our life is surrounded by technology. But, is it good for us? Is it really benefiting our lives? During this retreat we explore the effects of technology on your mind-body, while simultaneously experiencing the benefits from tech-free living. When you undergo this type of juxtaposition, it becomes easier to return to daily life with greater boundaries.
Medical and scientific studies have shown that when you reduce screen time, it improves sleep, mental health, social connections, brain and cognitive functions and lowers stress. This retreat is designed to send you home with your nervous system reset, your bio-field amplified, and a richer connection with life around you.
